Kadzuhoni Mangrove Conservation is a Community-Based Orgernization committed to the conservation and sustainable use of mangrove and marine ecosystems in coastal Kenya.

Mission

To restore, conserve, and protect mangrove ecosystems while supporting sustainable livelihoods and community empowerment.

Our History

Founded in 2023, Kadzuhoni Mangrove Conservation has united local communities to plant thousands of trees and pioneer eco-friendly activities in coastal Kenya.

We have planted more than 40,000 mangrove trees to restore and protect coastal biodiversity and fight climate change.

Mangrove Nursery
110,000+ Seedlings in Mangrove Nurseries

Our nurseries have nurtured over 110,000 seedlings to ensure continuous mangrove restoration efforts.

Community Groups
5 Community Groups Formed

We’ve organized 5 groups focused on conservation, sustainable fishing, beekeeping, ecotourism, and environmental education.

Artemia Farming
Foundation for Artemia Farming

We have laid the groundwork for Artemia farming—a sustainable aquaculture venture supporting livelihoods.
